Released to the public as part of the "Fantasy LCS" game, the change comes after a disaster start for the Season 4 Summer Split champions.
Krepo, the former support player for CLG.EU and Evil Geniuses, joined the team three days ago in Belgium in their preparations for the sixth week of the LCS.
Elements will be playing against the bottom of the ladder, Meet Your Makers, and the number one team in the region, SK Gaming, in the upcoming week.
Nyph has played for Alliance since the team was formed in January of 2014. Coming off of the back of a long stretch of time on the original SK Gaming line up, Nyph was an experienced player who was often overlooked. This bought him into the lime light. With Alliance, he would win the Seaosn 4 Summer Split, as well as be the runner-up in the Spring Split. He would also compete at his third World Championship in 2014. He will now be coaching the team.
Elements has been criticised as of late for their "overly passive-play" and their lack of an effective coach.
Krepo is under no illusions that he will be the magical cure for the team "I dont think nyph was the source of all the problems, nor will I be the solution to everything. But together we can solve a lot of them." He said in his Facebook statement.
This is the third roster change for the season for the former Alliance line up with for the Season 5 Spring split, with Martin "Rekkles" Larsson replacing Erik "Tabzz" van Helbert before the start of the split, and Kevin "kev1n" Rubiszewski replacing Mike "Wickd" Peterson one week ago.
