In June, Blizzard published details regarding the 2023 Overwatch World Cup crowdfunding campaign.
Regional skins for characters like D.Va, Kiriko, Ashe and Reaper, among others, were announced.
What's more, is that they revealed the concept art of Water Warrior Sojourn.
Now, with the Overwatch World Cup bundles released we know how to acquire this year's skin.
For 1000 Overwatch Coins, equal to $10 (USD), players can purchase the Boleiro Bundle.
This includes Boleiro Lucio and a unique 2023 Overwatch World cup weapon charm.
For 3200 Overwatch Coins, equal to $30 (USD), players can purchase the Mega Bundle which includes quite a few items.
This includes the Lucio skin, a weapon charm, and Water Warrior Sojourn.
In addition, the bundle has a new victory pose for Sojourn, a new voice line, name cards and more.
As of writing this, this is the only way to acquire the Water Warrior Sojourn skin is by purchasing the World Cup mega bundle.
The problem is that you cannot acquire Water Warrior Sojourn individually.
And that decision has been divisive in the Overwatch community.
Details regarding whether or not Water Warrior Sojourn will be able to be purchased outside of the bundle at a later date is unknown.
Up to 25% of all Overwatch World Cup cosmetics will contribute to the Overwatch World Cup prize pool.
1st place will net 25% of the crowdfunded prize purse.
2nd place will earn 10%.
3rd place earns 8%.
Participants that place even in 43rd place will take home some percentage of the prize pool.
