Former G2 Obvious to NA Team Roar; Inori allegedly on trial with TSM Darkness

With the mid-season rapidly approaching, roster changes have begun. Teams have identified their weaknesses and are taking steps to improve their rosters for the remainder of the split, and the upcoming Summer Split.

In the past, North America has seen two Danish junglers move to the states to play for their teams with notable success. Lucas "Santorin" Tao Kilmer Larsen was moved to the US by Team Coast in the summer as they attempted to re-qualify for the LCS — only for him to move to Team SoloMid towards the end of the season,  where he has played fantastically so far. Even more recently, other Danish jungler, Jonas "Trashy" Andersen moved to the states to compete with Challenger team, Enemy eSports, finding success and sitting at a convincing first place currently in the North American Challenger Series.

Sources tell Esports Heaven that Trashy & Santorin will not be alone in their Danish jungle takeover of the North American scene. Sources claim that specifically, former n!faculty, Millennium, & Gamers 2 jungler, Dennis "Obvious" Sorensen, is headed to North America to join Team Roar. After failing to qualify with Gamers 2 against Team Nevo, the team disbanded, making Sorensen a free agent.

Team Roar, an organization mired in controversy who recently failed to qualify for the NA Challenger Series, still remains an active team within NA. The team is supposedly looking to the Summer Split Qualifiers for Challenger Series in hopes to qualify and participate in the league. With the addition of Sorensen, alongside the likes of current team AD Carry, Shan “Chaox” Huang, the team looks to be a real contender for the Summer Qualifiers.

theScore reported that Roar jungler, Rami "Inori" Charagh, has been removed from the team. There are also rumors that he is on trial with Team SoloMid Darkness, due to  their jungler Andrew "Azingy" Zamarripa moving to fill the vacant spot at Team Dignitas; however, these possible moves have yet to be fully solidified between the player and the organization.

When approached, Sorensen has declined to comment on the story. Team Roar has yet to comment on the situation as well. TSM Darkness declined to make a comment on the current issue, but did say, “We're currently trying out junglers nothing has been decided yet though even though we're pressed on time.” Esports Heaven will keep you up to date on more information as the story progresses.
