After the conclusion of the first ever Dota 2 Pro circuit season, the time has finally arrived where we will be witness to roster shuffle or team disbandment. Today, we have our first casualty to announce its decision to part ways with its Dota 2 team.
Team Kinguin is without a roster as it has officially parted ways with its Polish Dota 2 team. Nisha and co. were one of the most promising teams to emerge, the first ones to do so from Poland, however, after a good start to their season they couldn't click much that led to disappointing results including in front of their home crowd at ESL One Katowice 2018.
Soon after, they were unable to make it to The International 2018 main event as they made it only to the group-stage and exited soon thereafter. Their only good showing was at The Summit 8 where they made it to the semi-finals.
According to Kinguin, the introduction of DPC doesn't fit well with their long term goals and its yet to be seen whether they will continue supporting this game or not.
On the other hand, Rafał "
eL lisasH" Wójcik, the captain of the team posted a blog on his Facebook page and shared his thoughts on his team, his future plans and possibility of playing with a different team. You can read the translated blog
