SKT narrowly shuts down the western dream from Fnatic in MSI 2015 Semis

In a down-to-the-wire best of 5, SKT prevails, but not without working the hardest theyve worked in a very long time.

Even though SKT are responsible for winning domestically in a 3-0 shutout, the western team of Fnatic with a team of 3 rookies were able to take the best team in Korea to a game 5.  This marks the first time in a history a western team has taken a Korean team to the 5th game in a playoffs.

Febiven, in his very first international tournament, was able to grab two solo kills onto the legendary mid-laner often heralded as the best player to ever touch League of Legends, Faker. "I think hes a player with very high potential. His laning skill wasnt the best, but his teamfight, movements, and skillshots were high class," Faker said in the post game interview.

However, Febiven isnt the only one to hold the glory.  Yellowstar and Huni also had star performances, with Huni specializing in his Rumble play and Yellowstar on his Annie play and other engage champions.  SKT decided against using their sub who they won the LCK grand finals with, EasyHoon, in this set.  SKT moves into the finals against the winner of EDG vs. AHQ.  Stay tuned tonight for a wrap-up of the entire day.
