Failing to qualify for the European LCS with Denial eSports, Mike "Wickd' Petersen is now a free agent.

Wickd, former top laner for Denial, is now a free agent as reported on the DailyDot by Jacob Wolf. Following defeats to Team Dignitas.EU (now FollowEsports) and Gamers 2 in the European Challenger Series playoffs, the team failed to qualify for the 2015 League Championship Series. 

Wickd, although recently called out for being a "one-trick-pony" with Irelia and having an otherwise limited champion pool, was once heralded as one of the greats, having achieved massive success with the former squad of Counter Logic Gaming EU, and more recently, Alliance. Wickd was also one of the first European players to acquire rank 1 on the solo queue ladder at the dawn of ranked play.
